ber in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Province of Maryland Gent of the one part and Peter Massy
nesseth that the said Nicholas Clouds for and in Consideration of ye
paid by the said Peter Massy before the sealing and Delivery of
hereby acknowledge and thereof and of Every part and parcell thereof
admrs and assignes and Every of them for Ever, and by these Presents
and by these Presents doth give, grant, Bargaine, Sell, Release Enfoeffe
of Land Called Johnsons Adventure Lyeing in kent COunty on the South-
ning out of Unecorne Branch Beginning att a marked White Oak being
and South Three Hundred and Twenty Perches, Thence West One
ffirst Tree Containing and now laid out for One Hundred Acres of Land
and returned Together with all houses, ffences, buildings, Woods, Wayes,
soever to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to have
bounds aforesaid with all and singular the premises with the
for ever to and for the onely proper use and behoofe of the said Peter
Nicholas Clouds his Heires Exrs admrs the before granted premises
Heires and assignes shall and will against all manner of Persons
that ffree and Clear of and from all manner of Charges and Incum-
henceforth to be Due or Payable out or from the said premises only
ye premises only Excepted and foreprized In Wittness whereof
changeably their hands and seales have sett the Day and year

the above Deed was Written as followeth vidzt
presents that I Nicholas Clouds of Kent County in the
Depute Constitute authorize and appoint my well beloved
true and Lawfull attorney for me and in my name to acknowledge ye
the within named Peter Mercy according to the True Intent
my selfe were personally present In Wittness hereof I have
this 22d Day of January annoq Domi 1705
