The precedeing Deed was Endorsed wth these words following vizt 9ber ye 27th 1706 ye came into open court ye wthin named Charles Lowdr and Edwd Elliot and acknowledged ye wthin Deed to & for ye uses wthin mentioned likewise came both their wifes and being secrettly Examned acknowledged yt ye wthin Land was sold and coveyed -------------------------------------------------------- This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of Novr in the fifth yeare of the reigne of our Soverin Lady Ann by the grace of god over England Scotland france and Ireland Queen de fender of the faith &ca: and in the yeare of our Lord Christ one thousand seaven hundred and Six between John Lancaster and Ann his wife of Kent County in the province of maryland on the one parte and James Trolison of Talbot County in the province aforsd the sd Jon Lancaster for and in consideration of Two Thousand five hundred pds of Tobacco to him in hand paide or deemed to be paide by him the sd James Rolison before ye Ensealing and Deliverery hereof the receipt whereof the sd John doth hereby acknowledge and confess and thereof and Every pt and pcell thereof doth clearley and absolutely acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the sd Trolison his heires Execurs adminrs and Every of them for Ever by these prsence and for other causes & good Considerations him the sd John Expesially thereunto firmley hath given granted bargained sould alliened Enffoofed and Confirmed and by These presents doth fully freely and absolutely give granted bargin sell allaine Enffoofe & confirm unto The said James Trilliston his heirs & assignes all that tract or prcell of Land comonly known by the name of Lancaster Laid out for Jno Lancaster lyeing & being in Kent County afsd and on the south side of Chester River begining at a bounded read Oake standing by The green swamp and on the south line of Thomas Bosticks land called Northumberland and run ing thence south wth said Land one hundred and Eighty perches thence east north east one hundred & sixteen perches then north one hundred & Eighty perches thence to the said Tree contain ing one hundred & nineteen accrees of land more or less to have & to hold The afforesaid tract of Land together with all with all the rights profitts & priviledges fornifitts houses gardens carried up |
