District No. 10, Dorchester county, to construct and erect a
wharf on his property in Straits District in Dorchester
county, Maryland, at a place called Crocheron Point, and on
the east side of the county road at the mouth of Tedious
Creek, said wharf to extend into the waters of Tedious Creek
for a distance not exceeding one hundred and fifty yards,
the outer end of said wharf not to exceed ninety feet in
width. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to
Senators Shepherd, Collier and Harrison. ]

Also House Bill No, 674, entitled "An Act to authorize and
direct the County Commissioners of Harford county to levy
annually a sum Of money for the support of Charles K. Blaney,
of said county. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and re-
ferred to Senators Archer, Allen and Williams. ]

Also House Bill No. 659, entitled "An Act to add a new
and additional section to Article 23 of the Annotated Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland of 1911 (Bagby's Code),
title 'Corporations, ' to be known as Section 100-a. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Judicial Proceedings. ]

Also House Bill No. 652, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Sections 289-A and 289-B of Arti-
cle 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Frederick County, ' sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables, ' as the same were enacted by Chapter 359 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at. the January
session in the year 1908, relating to the powers and juris-
diction of justices of the peace in Election District No. 2 of
said Frederick county, and disposing of the fines and penal-
ties collected by them, not otherwise disposed of by law. "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
tors Kaufman, Bomberger and Warfield. ]

Also House Bill No. 649, entitled "An Act to authorize and
empower the Union Turnpike Company to advertise for un-
located and unknown stockholders, and after so doing to
distribute its assets among the known and located stock-
holders. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred
to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]
