to freely copy any historical document or record in Mary-
land for the purpose of publication or other historical pur-

quiring the State Roads Commission of Maryland to take over
and include in the State roads system the macadam road lead-
ing from Havre de Grace by way of Webster and Aldino to
the Belair and Aberdeen State Road, at a point near the vil-
lage of Church ville known as Smith's Chapel, in Harford
county. " [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Finance. ]
By Mr. Williams: Senate Bill No. 609, entitled "An Act to
establish the Maryland State Farm-Hospital for the treat-
ment of inebriates and drug addicts, and appropriating the
sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50, 000) for this purpose and
fifteen thousand dollars ($15, 000) for running expenses. "

repeal and re-enact Chapter 525 of the Acts of 1908, and
Chapter 270 of the Acts of 1910, entitled <An Act to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 1 and 3 of Chap-
ter 525 of the Acts of 1908, entitled "An Act to fix the quali-
fications of voters, at municipal elections in the city of An-
napolis and to provide for the registration of said voters. " ?"

add a new section to Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated Code of

throughout the State, except in Baltimore city. " [Which
