Chapter 467 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land at its Session of 1914. " [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 285, entitled "An Act to amend Article
23 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland
(legalized by Chapter 21 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1012), title 'Corporations, ' by adding a new
and additional section to come in after Section 201 of said
Article 23 and to be known as Section 201-A of said Article;
the said new and additional section relating to the valuation
of the assets of life insurance companies. " [Endorsed: "Read
the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was
read the first time and referred to the Committee on Insur-
ance, Fidelity, Security and Loan Companies. ]

Also House Bill No. 373, entitled "An Act to add one new
section to Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland of 1914, title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Insurance De-
partment, ' to follow Section 154-J of this Article and to be
known as Section 154-K, and designed to exempt Mutual Asso-
ciations such as are described in Section 154 and Sections
154 A-B-C-D-E-F-G and H of this Article, from the payment of
the license fee provided in Section 189 of Article 23 of the
Public General Laws of Maryland of 1910. " [Endorsed:
"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Insurance, Fidelity, Security and Loan Companies. ]

Also House Bill No. 414, entitled "An Act regulating the
sale of chicory mixed with coffee, and providing a penalty. "

nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

penalty of bonds and to authorize the granting of special
