passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time
and referred to the Committee on Temperance. ']

Also House Bill No. 112, entitled "An Act authorizing and
directing the Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to pay
to James E. Dempsey, a retired policeman of the Baltimore
City Police Department, a pension of ten dollars per week. "

sections to the Revised Charter of Baltimore city, to follow,

the first time and referred to the City Senators. ]

Also House Bill No. 152, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 8 of Article 38 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title
'Cecil County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, ' as amended by
Chapter 715 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1908, and to re-enact the same, with amendments. "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Fish and Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 264, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 35 of Article 10, Public
Local Laws, title 'Dorchester County, ' sub-title 'Birds and
Game, ' as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 219 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session of 1912, so as to change the open season for killing
squirrels. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays. "] [ Which was read the first time and referred
