and referred to Senators Archer, Cooper and Williams. ]

Also House Bill No. 103, entitled "An Act to amend the Act
entitled 'An Act to incorporate the Mechanics' Loan and
Savings Institute, at Hagerstown, Maryland, ' passed at the
January Session I860, being Chapter 93 of said Acts; and the
supplements thereto passed, respectively, at the January
Session, 1902, being Chapter 63 of said Acts, and the
January Session of 1912, being Chapter 98 of said Acts. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations. ]

Also House Bill No. 85, entitled "An Act to change the cor-
porate name of the Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb of this
State, by repealing Chapter 19 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1880, and repealing and re-enacting,
with amendments, Section 1 of Chapter 247 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1867, entitled 'An Act
to establish and incorporate an Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb
of the State of Maryland, ' which said Chapter 247 was amend-
ed and supplemented by the following Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, to wit: Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1868,
Chapter 422 of the Acts of 1870, Chapter 42 of the Acts of
1874, and Chapter 19 of the Acts of 1880. " [Endorsed: "Read
the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was
read the first time and referred to the Committee on Corpora-
tions. ]
