vided for, covering such funds as deemed necessary in the process
of providing, constructing and maintaining adequate training fa-
cilities for the Volunteer Firemen within the County. Provided that
no voucher shall be approved for a period of three years from the
date of final passage.
(3) An initial meeting of this committee shall be called by the
President of the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firemen's As-
sociation, Inc., within 60 days after the final passage of this Act for
the purpose of selecting a Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary
of said committee. The President of the Anne Arundel Volunteer
Firemen's Association, Inc., shall be an ex officio member of this
committee.
(4) There shall be a minimum of one meeting of this committee
each quarter of each fiscal year and at such other times as deemed
necessary.
(d) No such training facilities shall be established within two
miles of the boundary of the City of Annapolis.
(e) The use of any property for the purposes of this section
shall conform to the zoning laws and regulations of Anne Arundel
County.
(f) It is specifically further provided herein that the City of
Annapolis shall neither participate in nor receive any benefit from
any of the provisions of the aforesaid Act.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 63 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1955 Edition,
being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Allegany County", sub-title "Circuit Court", relating to the
annual sum allocated for the upkeep of the court library of Allegany
County and removing obsolete language therefrom.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 63 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
