Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 275 to 277 inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1955 Edition), being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Jurors", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

Approved March 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 114
(Senate Bill 314)

AN ACT to repeal Section 449 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Allegany County (1955 Edition), being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County", sub-
title "Orphans' Court", said section providing for the compensa-
tion of judges of the Orphans' Court of Allegany County, and now
being obsolete.

Whereas, Section 449 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allega-
ny County provides for the compensation of the judges of the Or-
phans' Court of Allegany County; and

Whereas, This Section is now obsolete, having been superseded
by the provisions of Section 250 (h-1) of Article 93 of the State
Code (1956 Supplement); now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 449 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany Coun-
ty (1955 Edition), being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Allegany County", sub-title "Orphans' Court"
be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

Approved March 1, 1957.
