(t) (Street.)

"Street" includes street, highway, avenue, road, bridge, and any
other accommodation for public passage on land.

(u) (Street Railroad.)

"Street Railroad" includes any railroad which is not part of a
trunk line railway system, and whose routes are mainly within the
corporate limits of Baltimore City, or any other city or town with
a population of not less than two thousand people.

(v) (Taxicab.)

"Taxicab" means any motor vehicle for hire (other than a vehicle
operated, with the approval of the Commission, between fixed ter-
mini on regular schedules) designed to carry seven persons or less,
including the driver, used for the purpose of accepting or soliciting
for transportation members of the public for hire between such
points, along the public streets, as the passengers may direct.

(w) (Telegraph Company.)

"Telegraph Company" includes any public service company which
owns telegraph lines for the reception, transmission, or communica-
tion of messages by telegraph, or which lets, licenses, or sells tele-
graphic communication.

(x) (Telegraph Lines.)

"Telegraph Lines" means the plant owned by any telegraph com-
pany, and includes the company's appliances, buildings, crossbars,
easements, instruments, machines, poles, real estate and wires.

(y) (Telephone Company.)

"Telephone Company" includes any public service company which
owns telephone lines for the reception, transmission or communica-
tion of messages by telephone or teletype, or which lets, licenses, or
sells telephonic or teletype communication.

(z) (Telephone Lines.)

"Telephone Lines" means the plant owned by a telephone com-
pany and includes the company's appliances, buildings, crossbars,
easements, instruments, machines, poles, real estate, receivers, trans-
mitters and wires.

(aa) (Toll Bridge.)

"Toll Bridge" means any bridge heretofore or hereafter operated
by any person authorized to charge and collect toll from any or all
traffic using the bridge.

(bb) (Transportation of property or freight.)

"Transportation of property or freight" means any transporting
of property or freight
, EXCEPT THE TRANSPORTATION OF
FLUID MILK, and includes any service in connection with delivery,
elevation, handling, icing, receiving, refrigeration, storage, transfer
in transit, or ventilation of the property or freight transported
,
BUT SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY SERVICE OR HANDLING IN
CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSPORTATION OF FLUID
MILK.
