faking such benches or stalls, shall be, for the time
the same shall or may be rented by him, her or them
respectively, entitled to the exclusive use and benefit
thereof, without the interruption of any person whom-
soever; subject however, to such rules and regula-
tions in relation thereto, as may be adopted by the
said commissioners; the proceeds arising by the rent-
ing of the said benches or stalls, to be applied to the
use of the said market, in the same manner as the
fines, forfeitures and shamble-rents of the said mar-
ket are directed to be applied by the act to which this
is an additional supplement.

3. BE IT ENACTED, That the acts and proceed-
ings of the persons who have acted as commissioners
of the Western Precincts market aforesaid, since the
first Monday in February, one thousand eight hundred
and nine, be, and the same are hereby ratified and con-
firmed, and shall stand and be of full force, validity
and effect.

3. BE IT ENACTED, That Daniel Lammot, Eman-
uel Kent, Ebenezer Finley, George Warner, Luke
Tiernan, Adam Welsh and Lewis Pascault, be, and
they are hereby constituted commissioners of the said
market, until the first Monday in February, one thou-
sand eight hundred and thirteen; and that they have^
use and exercise all the powers and authority vested
in such commissioners, as well by the aforesaid original
act and the supplement thereto to which this is an ad-
ditional supplement, as by an act of the General As-
sembly entitled, " An act to appoint commissioners
to grade and level the several streets, squares, lanes
and alleys in the precincts of Baltimore.

4. BE IT ENACTED, That it shall, and may be
lawful for the levy court of Baltimore county, and
they are hereby directed and required, at their session
next preceding the said first Monday in February
one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, to appoint
three fit and proper persons to superintend and judge
the election to be held for commissioners of the said
market, and it is hereby further made the duty of the
levy court aforesaid, at their session next preceding
the first Monday in February every two years thereaf-
ter, to appoint judges to hold an election for commis-
sioners of said market.
