CHAPTER 90.

AN ACT entitled, an act to amend the sixteenth Ar-
ticle of the Code of Public Local Laws by ad-
ding thereto a section providing a compensation
to the Register of Wills of Prince George's coun-
ty, for keeping the books relating to the School
Fund in the hands of the Orphan's court of said
county.

Compensation.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Orphans' court of Prince
George's county, be and they are hereby directed
to allow to the Register of Wills of said county,
out of the school fund under their control the sum
of one hundred dollars per annum, from the year
eighteen hundred and fifty-two, to the year eigh-
teen hundred and fifty-nine, both inclusive, in ad-
dition to what they have heretofore allowed him
for keeping the books relating to the school fund
in the hands of the said Orphans' court, and that
the said Orphans' court shall hereafter allow to
the said register the sum of two hundred dollars
annually for the said service to be paid out of the
said school fund.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

of the Code of Public Local Law, relating to the
collection of taxes in the City of Baltimore, by
adding thereto the following sections, and by re-
pealing section eight hundred and twenty-six
thereof, relating to the same subject.
