CHAPTER 36.
(House Bill 3)

AN ACT to repeal Section 46 of Article 59 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Lunatics and
Insane", sub-title "Board of Mental Hygiene", relating to
the appointment of visitors for almshouses by the Board of
Mental Hygiene.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 46 of Article 59 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Lunatics and Insane'', sub-
title "Board of Mental Hygiene", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 37.
(House Bill 4)

AN ACT to repeal Section 13 of Article 59 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Lunatics and In-
sane", sub-title "Duties of Trustees of the Poor", said section
relating to admission of insane persons to almshouses.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 13 of Article 59 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Lunatics and Insane", sub-
title "Duties of Trustees of the Poor", be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
