The instrument whereby said property and right of way
Is granted and conveyed unto the United States shall provide
that the land in question shall be used for the construction
of an experiment station by the United States Bureau of
Mines. Said deed shall be executed in the same manner as are
contracts made by the said Regents on behalf of the said Uni-
versity of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1st, 1931.

CHAPTER 378.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 33
of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929
Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Further
Regulations in County Waters, " relating to the use of nets
in the Transquaking and Chicacomico Rivers, in Dorchester
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 33 of Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title aFish and Fish-
eries, " sub-title "Further Regulations in County Waters, " be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

33. Dorchester County, (a) It shall be unlawful for any
person to use haul seine or seine of any description, or what
is commonly called a. put-net, for the purpose of catching fish
in the following waters, to wit: Transquaking River and
Chicacomico River and their tributaries, Big and Little Black
Water Rivers, White Hail Creek, Hurst's Creek, Shoal Creek
and Jenkins Creek; and in all other tributaries of the Chop-
tank, it shall, be unlawful to haul seine between the 21st day
of May and the 31st day of July, both dates inclusive, in each
year.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, put or allow
his nets to catch fish in the waters of the northwest prong of
the Nanticoke River between the hours of 12 P. M. on Satur-
day to 12 P. M. on Sunday of each and every week.
