southeasterly along said line of the District of Columbia to
the southern right-of-way of the Baltimore and Ohio Rail-
road; thence along said right-of-way to a point Opposite the
western boundary line of the McCullough property; thence by
a straight line to the western boundary line of the McCullough
property and with the lines of said property to the southern
line of the Bunker Hill Road; thence across the Bunker Hill
Road by a straight line to the western boundary line of the
Keenan property; thence north with said boundary to the
dividing line between the towns of Mount Rainier and Brent-
wood as now constituted, said line being the northernmost lot
line of the subdivision known as Rhode Island Avenue Second
Addition to Mount Rainier and Funkhouser and Marshall's
Subdivision; thence west on said line to the eastern right-of-
way of Cedar Lane; thence north along said right-of-way of
Cedar Lane to the center line of Dewey Street.; thence west
with the center line of Dewey Street to the center line of
Thirty-fourth Street; thence north along the said center line
of Thirty-fourth Street and Thirty-fourth Street extended to
Grape Street; and thence across Grape Street with the center
line of Thirty-fourth Street extended to the place of beginning,

3. That the said Town of Mount Rainier shall be divided!
for election purposes into four wards:

First Ward: The First Ward shall embrace all of said town:
lying east of 34th Street and south of Bunker Hill Road, and
all of said town lying east of Cedar Lane.

Second Ward: The Second Ward shall embrace all of said
town lying west of 34th Street and south of Bunker Hill Road..

Third Ward: The Third Ward shall embrace all of said town
lying north of Bunker Hill Road and east of the dividing line
between "Mount Rainier Subdivision" and "Roger's First Ad-
dition to Mount Rainier, " from Bunker Hill Road to Grape
Street and east of 30th Street from Grape Street to the Queens
Chapel Road, except that part of the town lying east of Cedar
Lane.

Fourth Ward: The Fourth Ward shall embrace all of said
town lying north of Bunker Hill Road and west of the dividing
line between "Mount Rainier Subdivision" and "Rogers' First
Addition to Mount Rainier. "

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.
