within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the
Prince George's-Montgomery County line at the point where
it crosses the present northern boundary of the Maryland
Washington Metropolitan District, thence northeasterly
along said line to the dividing line between Election Dis-
trict No. 1 (Vansville) and Election District No. 21 (Ber-
wyn), thence southeasterly along said line to the Little Paint
Branch, thence south along the present boundary line of the
Maryland Washington Metropolitan District to the Met-
zerott Road, thence west with said boundary line to the
point of beginning at the Montgomery County line. The
purpose of this Act being to include all of the remaining area
of the Berwyn or 21st Election District of Prince George's
County which lies west of the Baltimore^ Washington Boule-
vard and which has not heretofore been included in the
Maryland Washington Metropolitan District.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the area of the Maryland Washington Metro-
politan District within Prince George's County, and the juris-
diction of the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning
Commission be extended to include that additional territory
within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the
Prince George's-Montgomery County line at the point where it
crosses the present northern boundary of the Maryland Wash-
ington Metropolitan District, thence northeasterly along said
line to the dividing line between Election District No. 1
(Vansville) and Election District No. 21 (Berwyn), thence
southeasterly along said line to the Little Paint Branch, thence
south along the present boundary line of the Maryland Wash-
ington Metropolitan District to the Metzerott Road, thence
west with said boundary line to the point of beginning at the
Montgomery County line. The purpose of this Act being to
include all of the remaining area of the Berwyn or 21st Elec-
tion District of Prince George's County which lies west of the
Baltimore-Washington Boulevard and which has not hereto-
fore been included in the Maryland Washington Metropolitan
District.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose of
carrying out the provisions of this Act the above described
additional territory shall be under the jurisdiction of the body
corporate known as the Maryland National Capital Park and
Planning Commission and any or all parts of said territory
