    Ordered by the Court here that the Said Patrick Carvack be kept in Safe Custody by the
Sherf of Said County untill he Shall give Security for his appearance to the next Court to
answer unto the afd Indictment and y.t in y.e mean time he is to be of good behav.r

same Patrick Carvack. Thereupon the Same William here present in Court in his proper pson
comes and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sume of
tenn pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the afd
