County and the Board of Education of Garrett County, either
jointly or separately, may publish or set forth in pamphlet
form the annual statements herein required, the same to be
given or sent to any citizen of the County upon application
therefor.
2. Violation of this Act on the part of any of the aforesaid
officials shall render them liable to a penalty of not less than
fifty dollars and not more than one hundred dollars.
3. All Acts or parts of Acts in conflict with this Act are
hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 452.
AN ACT to correct an error in the provisions for the Depart-
ment of Law and in the provisions for the Department of
Health, as the same are contained in Chapter 29 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1922, said
Acts providing for the organization in departments of the
Executive and Administrative functions of the State Gov-
ernment of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of sub-division III, entitled "Tne
Department of Law," of Part II of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1922, Chapter 29, be and the same
hereby is repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to
read as follows:
SEC. 2. On and after the taking effect of this Act Section 4
of Article 32A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Volume IV,
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to
read as follows:
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 2 of sub-
division IX, entitled "The Department of Health," of Part II
of Chapter 29 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1922, be and the same hereby is repealed and re-enacted
with amendments so as to read as follows:
