321 This Indenture made the twenty fourth day of November in y.e year of our lord Christ one thousand six hundred and Ninty and In y.e second y.r of their King William and Queen Reigne between William Lippings of Kent County planter of the one pte and Joseph Sudler of the same County planter of the other pte Wittnesseth y.t the sayd William Lippines for and and In consideration of the sum or quantity of four Thousand pds of Tob in hand already payd by the sayd Joseph Sudler and for divers other goof Causes & Considerable on him y.e sayd William Leppiens ther unto moving he y.e sayd William Leapien hath by these p.rsents given granted bargain Allien Enfeoff and Confirmed unto y.e sayd Joseph Sudler and by these p.rsents Doth fully freely and absolutly Give grant bargain sell all y.e pcell of Land Called Hills Cabbin Lying in Kent County on Kent Island on the Western side of a Creeke called Coxes Creek ad adjoyning to a pcell of Land formerly layd out for John Smith and begining att a marked oak being the uppurmost bounded tree of the sayd Smith Land and Runing for bredth upon y.e sayd Smiths Land West fifty perches to a marked white oak bounded on the West by a line drawn West North West from the s.d oake for length three hundred and twenty perchess up the Creek on the North by a line drawn West from the End of y.e North N.o West line fifty perches on y.e East by the Creek on y.e South by the sayd Smiths land Containg and now layd out for hundred Acres more or less Together w.th all and singuler woods and underwoods, Trees and Timber Trees wayes water Easments fishings Comons proffitts Comodities and appurtenances to y.e sayd one hundred Acres belonging or in any appertaining To have and to hould y.e sayd one hundred acres of land. |
