Doe Covenant in maner and forme following y.t the sayd
Edward James his Heires or assignes are the true and lawfull
Attorneys of the p.rmisses and at the Ensealing and delivery
of these p.rsents are lawfully seized therof unto the s.d Edwd

former gifts grants Joynters Scrivers fines rents and
