that each ballot may be detached and removed separately. The
said Boards of Supervisors of Elections, respectively, shall
four days at least prior to the day of any election in their
respective counties and in said city, cause to be conspicuously
and securely posted in one or more public places in each vot-
ing precinct of their respective counties, or of said city, accu-
rate sample copies of the ballots to be used in such precinct, at
the then approaching election; such sample copies shall he
printed on light cardboard or heavy sized paper of consider-
ably magnified dimensions, and one of them at least shall be
placed upon the exterior of each building in which the polls
will be held, so that the same can be readily seen and exam-
ined by persons passing on the street or road.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That said Sections 49,
55 and 58 of said Article 33 as in and by this Act above re-
enacted, shall apply to all the Counties of the State of Mary-
land and to Baltimore City.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act, be
and the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 52.

AN ACT to authorize the Vestry of Havre de Grace Parish, in
Harford County, wherein is the only Protestant Episcopal
Church of the City of Havre de Grace, to continue, or resume
said name and to act thereunder, to define more particularly
the corporate powers of the Vestry of said Parish, to enable
the said Parish to hold, by said original name, all lands or
property conveyed to it for the benefit of St. John's Church
in said Parish by said name or by any other name, and to
ratify and confirm, all deeds or other conveyances made by
said Vestry by other than its correct name.

WHEREAS, Under the Vestry Act of 1798, Chapter 24, the
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese
of Maryland in the year 1809 divided St. George's Parish in
said county and set apart that part thereof lying in or near the
town of Havre de Grace for the formation of a separate parish,
and constituted the same a new parish by the name of Havre
de Grace Parish, and, in pursuance of the authority so given,
