Chapter 193.

AN ACT to repeal section seventy-five B of
article thirty of the Code of Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland, title " Crimes
and Punishments," relating to the fraudulent
removing, secreting, destroying or selling of
mortgaged personal property by the mortgagor
thereof, as enacted by the general assembly of
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, chapter two
hundred and two, and to re-enact the same
with amendments so as to read as follows :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That section seventy-five B

in possession of the same, or any execution debtor
in possession of personal property levied on and
taken in execution, who, in the case of mort-
