2. Permit no interlibrary loan or traveling exhibit of these
items and assure that use of these items is restricted to the premises
of the Hall of Records; and

3. Advise readers, researchers, or other users of these mate-
rials to cite or otherwise refer to them as part of the Peter Force
Collection, Manuscript Division, Library of Congress, on deposit in
the Hall of Records.

C. Upon receipt from the Library of written notification that
the items on deposit are being recalled, the Hall of Records agrees to
make the same available to Library personnel for preparation and
removal.

III. OTHER PROVISIONS

A. Upon breach of any of the conditions of performance by
the Hall of Records, the Library shall have the right to terminate the
deposit immediately and to give written notification to the Hall of
Records that the items are being recalled.

B. The parties agree that notwithstanding the provisions of
Paragraph II.B.2., arrangements may be made for temporary removal
of the materials from the Hall of Records. Said removal, however,
shall be accomplished only with the written permission of the Library
and only to sites within the State of Maryland or the District of
Columbia.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
agreement as of the day and year first above written.
