NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the above and the
promises hereinafter expressed, the parties mutually agree as follows:

I. PERFORMANCE BY THE LIBRARY

A. The Library agrees to deposit with the Hall of Records those
items identified on the attached Schedule for an indefinite period
of time beginning thirty (30) days after execution of this agreement.

B. Preparation of the materials for delivery and delivery of the
materials to the Hall of Records will be conducted by the Library, and
all costs related to said preparation and delivery will be borne by the
Library.

C. Subject to the provisions of Paragraph III.A., below, the
Library reserves the right to recall any or all of the items deposited
by giving the Hall of Records ninety (90) days notice to this effect.
All costs of preparing and returning the materials to the Library will
be borne by the Library.

II. PERFORMANCE BY THE HALL OF RECORDS

A. The Hall of Records agrees to receive and hold the items
deposited by the Library under the same conditions of security that
obtain for other historically valuable records in the Hall of Records,
including:

1. No prolonged exposure to light;

2. Archivally acceptable conditions of temperature and humid-
ity; and

3. Closely supervised conditions of reference use.

B. With respect to the use made of the materials while in the
possession of the Hall of Records, the Hall of Records agrees to:

1. Pursue no preservation or restoration work on these mate-
rials without the express written permission of the Library;
