gomery county, to Anna Eliza Dickinson;

A bill, entitled, An act to amend the 4th Article of the Code
of Public Local Laws, relating to the city of Baltimore, by repeal-
ing the 50th section of said Article, relating to the salary of the
Overseer of the Almshouse of Baltimore city,

Was taken up, read the third time, and passed by yeas and

nis, of Somerset, and Scott, on the part of the House.
