sembly of Maryland, That the Governor be
and he is hereby authorized and empowered
to appoint two additional Justices of the Peace
for the eleventh election district of Baltimore
county, Maryland.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 17.
AN ACT to repeal section thirty-nine, of art-
icle fifteen of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Montgomery county" rela-
ting to Justices of the Peace and Constables
in said county, as repealed and re-enacted
by chapter eight, of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy-two, as repealed and
re-enacted by chapter three hundred and
eighty-eight, of the acts of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-two, and to re-enact the
same so as to read as follows :
