to reside within the city of Baltimore, one of
whom shall be conversant with the German
language.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 15.

AN ACT enabling the Locust Point Company
of the city of Baltimore, to fill up and close
a dock upon its property, lying to the east
of the ground and premises now occupied
by Henry A. Ramsay, in the city of Balti-
more.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Locust Point
Company of Baltimore city, be and it is here-
by authorized and empowered to fill up, close
and wharf over, the mouth of a dock one
hundred feet wide, situate upon its property
on the south side of the harbor of Baltimore
city; said dock being situate about one hun-
dred and twenty-seven feet, more or less, east-
erly from the easternmost line of the land
now occupied by Henry A. Ramsay.

Authorized
to fill up dock.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved March 18, 1886.
