Chapter 108.

AN ACT to change the name of Great Falls district,

number ten, or the tenth election district of Mont-

gomery county, and to designate the voting place

thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the name of Great Falls district,

number ten, or the tenth election district of Mont-

gomery county, be and the same is hereby changed to

Potomac district, number ten, or the tenth election

district of Montgomery county, and that the voting
place or polls thereof shall be held at Potomac.

Chapter 100.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

claims of A. S. Abell & Co., and to pay Charles C.

Fulton & Co., and to pay William T. Croasdale.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the comptroller of the treasury

be and he is hereby directed to issue his warrants on

the treasurer to pay A. S. Abell & Co. forty-one dol-

lars and twenty-five cents, to pay Charles C. Fulton

twenty cents, indebtedness incurred in advertising for

sealed proposals for the printing of the General As-
