Chapter 107.


AN ACT to repeal section two hundred and ninety-


one of article ninety-three of the Code of Public


General Laws, title " Testamentary Law," and sec-


tion two hundred and ninety-two of said article, as


repealed and re-enacted by the act of January ses-


sion of eighteen hundred and sixty-two, chapter one


hundred and one, and to re-enact the same with


amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section two hundred and ninety-


one of article ninety-three of the Code of Public Gen-


eral Laws, title " Testamentary Law," and section two
