No. 233. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
the claim of Medairy and Bowers.

No. 234. An Act to repeal Section 4, of an Act passed at
the January Session, 1862, chapter 104, entitled an Act to
incorporate a company for the establishment of a public ceme-
tery in Kent county, and within a mile of the exterior limits
of Chestertown, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 235. An Act to repeal chapter 163, of the Acts of the
General Assembly, passed at the January Session, of 1866,
entitled an Act to incorporafe the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, in Federalsburg, in Caroline county.
and to substitute the following in lieu thereof.

AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY,

Secretary.

Mr. Hepbron presented the memorial of certain citizens of
Kent county in relation to the Oyster Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

On motion by Mr. Lee,

The vote by which an order was heretofore adopted in re-
lation to the Messenger to the Printer, submitted by Mr.
Stevens, was reconsidered, when,

On motion by Mr. Lee,
Said order was laid upon the table.

Mr. Joyce moved to reconsider the vote by which said
order was laid upon the table.

Which was decided in the negative by yeas and nays as
follows:
