(m) HARFORD COUNTY. In Harford County (1) The net pro-
ceeds of all funds received by the Board from the sale of
licenses under the provisions of this Article issued in Harford
County, outside of the corporate limits of the municipalities
of Aberdeen, Bel Air and Havre de Grace, shall be paid to
the Treasurer of Harford County and credited to the general
funds of said County.
(2) The net proceeds of the funds derived from the sale of
licenses within the corporate limits of the municipalities of
Aberdeen, Bel Air and Havre de Grace, after the deduction of
a proportionate part of the expenses incident to the proper
administration and enforcement of this Article in Harford
County, shall be paid by said Board to the Treasurers of said
respective towns, to be applied to the payment of the interest
and the redemption of the principal of any bonded indebted-
ness.
(3) All expenses incident to the proper administration and
enforcement of this Article in Harford County, including one-
half the salaries of the members of said Board, and the proper
proportion of the salaries of any employees of said Board,
whose duties include the handling of said licenses, including
the salaries of officers, inspectors, etc., shall be deducted pro-
portionately from the shares of the license fees payable as
above set forth to the County Commissioners and the governing
bodies of the three municipalities.
(n) MONTGOMERY COUNTY. In Montgomery County all of
the balance of the net receipts shall be applied by the Board of
County Commissioners towards the payment of interest and
retirement charges on Montgomery County Public Road and
School Bonds.
(o) PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. In Prince George's County
the Board of County Commissioners shall use such portion of
such receipts as may be necessary to pay the salaries and
expenses of the Board of License Commissioners for said
County.
(p) QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY. In Queen Anne's County the
Clerk shall account for any pay to the County Commissioners
within five days following payment, all license fees received
by him, less a fee of fifty cents for each license.
(q) ST. MARY'S COUNTY. In St. Mary's County the Clerk
shall pay to the Commissioners of Leonardtown, for general
corporate purposes, the moneys received from licenses issued
to premises within the limits of said town.
(r) TALBOT COUNTY. In Talbot County the salaries of the
