(g) CAROLINE COUNTY. In Caroline County the expenses
incident to the work of issuing alcoholic beverages licenses
shall be paid by the County Commissioners from the funds
arising from license fees.

(h) CARROLL COUNTY. In Carroll County, the County Com-
missioners shall forthwith pay twenty-five per centum of the
sum to the incorporated town in which the place of business
is located.

(i) CECIL COUNTY. In Cecil County, the County Commis-
sioners shall receive from said license fees in addition to their
present salaries any sum paid to them for their services in
acting as the Board of License Commissioners for said County.

(j) CHARLES COUNTY. In Charles County, the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for said County, shall forthwith remit to the
Board of County Commissioners of Charles County all license
fees collected by him, less the Clerk's fee, and any refunds
shall be paid over by him to the County Commissioners of
Charles County, and so much of said funds as shall be neces-
sary shall be applied by said County Commissioners in paying
the interest and the principal of the 1937 School Bonds of
Charles County and the balance, if any, shall be used for
general County purposes. Provided, however, that in all cases
where the license is for a place located in an incorporated
town, the said license fee shall be paid by the Clerk of the
Court to the Treasurer of said town, to be used for general
town purposes except that two thirds of the two hundred and
fifty dollars ($250.00) license shall be paid to the County
Commissioners to be used as hereinbefore provided.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this sub-section
shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred ($500.00)
dollars.

(k) FREDERICK COUNTY. In Frederick County, where the
licensed place of business is located in an incorporated town,
fifty percentum of the net license fee shall be payable to the
incorporated town, and the remaining fifty percentum, and
all of the net license fee for places of business located outside
an incorporated town, shall be turned over by the Board of
County Commissioners to the County Treasurer of said
County. The salary and expenses of the License Commis-
sioner shall be paid by the County Commissioners from the
license fees received under the provisions of this Article.

(1) GARRETT COUNTY. In Garrett County one-half of such
license fee shall be paid by the Clerk of the Circuit Court to
the Mayor and Council of the incorporated town in which such
licensed premises may be located.
