To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, BERTRAM L. BOONE II, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
194 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland as
amended by Chapter 934 of the Acts of 1945, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY, That Chapter 536 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1945, provided for the submission of
said Act to the voters of the town of Keedysville, for their
adoption or rejection under the provisions of the Constitu-
tion of the State, said Act being:

"An Act to authorize the borrowing of $50,000 for the
purpose of providing streets, sewerage and water sys-
tems and other public improvements".

AND I DO CERTIFY, That said election was not held in the
town of Keedysville as provided by Chapter 536 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1945.
