bly,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 43, of Article
61, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Mechanics
Lien," and re-enact the same so as to read as follows.

Mr. Sulivane, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide a sinking fund for
the payment of the bonded debt of Dorchester County.
Which was read the first time.

Mr. Newcomer, from a Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled an Act relating to Justices of the Peace
in and tor Washington County.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Wilson, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 72, of Article
5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Calvert
County," sub-title "Sheriff," as amended by the Act of 1874,
Chapter 417, and to re-enact the same so as to read as fol-
lows.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Stump, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Harford County to levy a sum of money as a
pension for William L. Bailey, of said county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Stump, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act for the appointment of an ad-
ditional Justice of the Peace in the Third Election District
of Harford County,

With the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In the 1st Section, after the words "in and for the," strike-
out the word "Third" and insert "Fourth."
