With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend section 6 by inserting between the words
"from all, " and the word "taxation, " in second line
thereof, the words "county and municipal. "

Which was adopted.

Said bill as amended, was read the second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Pearre, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing and re-
quiring the County Commissioners of Allegany county
to levy a certain sum of money to pay J. N. Willison,
for ser vices as Attorney to the Board of Supervisors of
Election of Allegany county.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third time.

Mr. Getty, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 16, of
chapter 610, of the Acts of the General Assembly,
passed at the January Session, 1890, and to re-enact
the same so as to read as follows.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 214, of Article 12, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County, "
sub-title "Sheep. "

Which was read the second time.

BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS—THIRD READING.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 1, of
section 4, of chapter 169, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the. January Session,
1878, entitled an Act to continue the corporate exis-
tence of the President, Directors and Company of the
Hagerstown Bank.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
