unlawful for any person or persons to haul a seine or
seines in that portion of said river described in this
section at any time during the year.
Sec. 3. Amend section 2 by making it section 3.
Amend title after the words "Seneca Creek, " insert
the words "Seneca River, Salt Peter River, " and
after the words "Middle River, " in line 3, insert the
words "and their tributaries. "
Amend section 1, line 4, after the word "creek, " in-
sert the words 'Seneca River, Salt Peter River, " and
in line 5, after the word "river, " insert the words
"and their tributaries. "
Add after the word "year, " at end of section 2, the
following words:
"And any person violating this section shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convic-
tion thereof, shall pay a fine of not less than ten
dollars nor more than thirty dollars for each and every
offence. Said fine or fines to be disposed of as pro-
vided for in the first section of this Act. "

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the County Commissioners of Talbot county,
to issue bonds to the amount of twenty-five thousand
dollars bearing interest at a rate not exceeding five
per centum per annum, for the purpose of raising a
sum of money sufficient to pay the county subscrip-
tion of twenty-five thousand dollars to the capital
stock of the Baltimore and Eastern Shore Railroad
Company.,
