ORDER OF THE DAY.

The hour of 12.30 P. M. having arrived, the Presi-
dent announced the Order of the Day, to be the con-
sideration of the following bills :

House bill entitled an Act to provide for the assess-
ment and taxation of the ten millions of dollars of the
capital stock of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Com-
pany, issued by the President and Directors of said
Company.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore Belt Railroad Company as amended by
the Act of the General Assembly, passed at the session
of 1890.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 16, of
the Acts of the General Assembly, passed January
Session, 1880, entitled an Act to adjust and settle
finally by agreement, all pending controversies between
the State of Maryland and the Northern Central Rail-
road Company...
