Mr. Seibert, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably, the following bills:

viouse bill entitled an Act to empower the Burgesses
and Commissioners of Boonsborough, Washington
county, to purchase a water supply and levy for the
same.

House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws,,
title "Frederick County," sub-title "County Commis-
sioners."

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title-
"Frederick County," sub-title "State's Attorney."

Which were read the second time.

And, unfavorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 127, of
Article 22, of the Code of Public Laws, title "Wash-
ington County," sub-title "Fences."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Hubner, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of
liquors within one and one-half miles of Parkton.,
Baltimore county,

With the following proposed amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out all after the words "a bill," and insert:

"Entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters
within a radius of one mile and a half from the points
of crossing of the Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike
and Northern Central Railway, at Parkton, in Balti-
more county, to determine whether intoxicating
liquors shall be sold or not.

"Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the question whether or not any
person or persons, house, corporation, company or
