On motion by Mr. Austin,

The vote by which the unfavorable report on said
bill was adopted, was reconsidered and said bill re-
committed.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following messages :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

April 2d, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate ;

We have received your message proposing, as the
present session of the General Assembly will termi-
nate by Constitutional limitation on Monday, April
4th, at midnight, that a Joint Committee, to be com-
posed of two members of the Senate and three mem-
bers of the House, be appointed to wait upon the
Governor for the purpose of communicating this fact
and ascertains; whether he has any further communi-
cation to make, and we respectfully concur therein.

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs,
Berret, Sains and Miles.

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of Conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the bill entitled
an Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments chap-
ter 224, of the Acts of 1890, being No. 434 of House
bills.

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Ellegood, Moore and Sams.
