Eutaw Square from Dolphin to Biddle streets.

annual appropriations for the benefit of the Maryland
Industrial School for "Girls," now called "Female

of the Acts of 1890, and to add to said Article a new
section to follow immediately after section 117, to be
designated as section 117 A.
