the Baltimore Belt Railroad Company, as amende by
the Act of the General Assembly, passed at the Ses-
sion of 1890, chapter 139, amended by adding certain
additional sections prohibiting it from connecting with
the Baltimore & Ohio and Northern Central Railway
Company, until they shall respectively surrender all
exemptions from taxation.

the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session, 1880, entitled an Act to ad-
just and settle finally by agreement all pending con-

Northern Central Railway Company.
