Central railway company lying west of Charles street and south


of Lanvale street until it intersects Lanvale street, and no part of


the property of the Northern Central railway company lying in


the angle made by the west side of Charles street and south side


of Lanvale street shall he taken or used by said Western Mary-


land tidewater railroad company south of a line drawn parallel


to the said centre line and thirteen feet south therefrom, and the


north line of said right-of-way shall be thirteen feet distant from


the said centre line at the west side of Charles street, and not


more than seventeen feet north of said centre line at the point


where the said north side of said right-of-way shall intersect

railroad company shall so locate its line north and west of the

and shall cross above grade the tracks of said Union railroad, not


less than four in number, and the tracks now being constructed


to connect with the Northern Central railway tracks near Pres-


ton street with the tracks of the Union railroad company east of

Barclay street, as laid down on the map of the city of Baltimore,


at an elevation above the present grade of said tracks of the


Union railroad company and of the Northern Central railway


company of not less than seventeen and a-half feet above top of


rail, so as to afford free passage for trains and engines on both

railroad company; fifth, the said Western Maryland tidewater


railroad company may acquire as aforesaid for its use any prop-


erty of the Northern Central railway company lying in Barclay
