67 B. When provisions shall become
effective.

General Measurers and Inspectors.

68. Appointment of general meas-
urers and inspectors; bonds;
powers; bond of special in-
spectors.
69. Appointment of special inspec-
tors by commander of State
fishery force; salaries; oath;
duties; removal certificates;
taxes; statements.
70. Commander shall divide inspec-
tion points in Baltimore into
four inspection districts and
organize board of inspectors;
reports to commander.

85. Record books to be kept at office
of leases, assignments and
conveyances of land for culti-
vating oysters.
86. Survey of beds, bars and rocks
to be made, and maps made.
87. United States coast and geodetic
survey to be asked to assist
in carrying out section 86.
88. Residents of counties may be
appointed to aid shell fish
board in its survey duties;
compensation.
89. Regulations for the work of sur-
vey; report.
90. Liberal judgment to be used in
defining natural beds and
bars.
91. Residents of counties have right
to be heard in reference to
omission of oyster beds, etc.,
from survey.

92. Finding of judge to be final.
93. Amended survey to bo filed with
clerk of circuit court.
94. Deposit of twenty-live dollars
to be made by petitioner.
95. County surveyor to assist board
whenever called; compensa-
