564 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 401]

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 578 of the Acts of 1904, entitled "An Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 22 of Article
23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Wicomico County,'
sub-title 'Delmar,' " be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted to read as follows:

22. The taxable and corporate bounds and limits of the
said town of Delmar shall be as follows: Beginning at the
Wicomico and Sussex county post, on the Delaware-Maryland
line, and which is located just west of the New York, Philadel-
phia and Norfolk Railroad; thence along said division line
3261.6 feet to a cedar stake; thence along W. H. Calloway's
west property line south 2° and 10' west 454.5 feet to a stake,
the said Calloway's southwest corner; thence north 85° and 10'
west 492.5 feet; thence south 2° and 22' west 140 feet to a cedar
stake; thence north 83° and 25' west 288.3 feet to a cedar
stake; thence south 6° and 8' west 836 feet to a pine post;
thence north 83° and 40' west 3386 feet to a stake on the west
side of Park street; thence along west side of Park street north
9° and 50' each 496 feet to a concrete post at the intersection
of the south side of Chestnut street; thence north 10° and 43'
east 1082 feet to a stake on the Delaware-Maryland division
line; thence along said line 747 feet to the Wicomico and
Sussex county post, the place of beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 401.

AN ACT to incorporate the Town of Brentwood, in Prince
George's county, Maryland.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
an act to incorporate the Town of Brentwood, in Prince
George's county, is hereby re-enacted so as to read as follows:

SECTION 1. The citizens of the Town of Brentwood, in
Prince George's county, Maryland, are hereby created a body
corporate, by the name of the Town of Brenton, with all the
powers and privileges of a body politic and corporate, and by
said corporate name may have perpetual succession, sue and
be sued, plead and be impleaded in any Court of Law or Equity,
and may have and use a common seal.
