AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 3, 7,
34 and 21 of Chapter 514 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed in the year 1910, entitled "An Act
to incorporate the town of Mt. Rainier, Prince George's
county, Maryland."

CHAPTER 828.

AN ACT to amend the Charter of the Fidelity Savings Bank o
Frostburg, Maryland, by repealing section 2 of Chapter 268
of the Act of the General Assembly of 1904, by which said
charter was amended.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 2 of Chapter 268 of the Acts of 1904 of
the General Assembly of Maryland, by which the charter of the
the Fidelity Savings Bank of Frostburg, Maryland, was
amended, be and the same is "hereby repealed; provided, that
nothing in this act shall be construed as relieving the said cor-
poration from the provisions of Chapter 219 of the Acts of
1910, entitled "Banks and Trust Companies," or of any other
General Laws applicable to corporations similar to that named
in this act.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take;
effect from the date of its passage.
