10. The said Racing Commission' shall have full power to
prescribe rules, regulations and conditions under which all horse
races shall be conducted in Baltimore county, and may make
rules governing, restricting or regulating betting on such races,
and a violation of any of such rules, regulations or conditions
with or without the consent of the licensee shall be sufficient
cause for the commission to revoke forthwith the license under
which such races are conducted and said commission may there-
after refuse any license to the corporation or association whose
license has been so revoked.

Every person aiding or abetting in the conduct of any meet-
ing in Baltimore county at which the racing of horses shall be
permitted for any stake, purse or reward, except in accordance
with a license duly issued and unrevoked by the Baltimore
County Racing Commission, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than
$500 and not more than $2,000 for each day of such unau-
thorized meeting or by imprisonment for not exceeding one year
or both, and in addition thereto, on a bill in equity brought for
the purpose by the said Racing Commission in the Circuit Court
of Baltimore County an injunction may be obtained against the
same, provided, however, that any of the corporations or associa-
tions coming within the terms of this act may hereafter conduct
matinee race meetings of not more than one day in duration,
without previous application to the commission or license issued
therefor, provided that no such corporation or association shall
hold more than two of such meetings in any one month.

The said commission shall pay its own expenses not exceed-
ing $1,200 a year as hereinabove prescribed out of the license
fee herein provided for, and any surplus thereafter said com-
mission shall pay over to the treasurer of Baltimore county on
or before the first day of October of each year, to be used and
expended in the construction or maintenance of the public roads
and bridges located in Baltimore county, State of Maryland, as
the County Commissioners of said county may determine.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That sections 204, 205
and 206 of Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland of 1904, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title
''Gaming," said section 206 having been amended by Chapter
127 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1906,
be and the same hereby are repealed so far as they apply to
Baltimore county.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all other acts or
parts of acts, or previous grants or franchises, inconsistent with
this act, be and the same are hereby repealed.
