AN ACT to incorporate the Security Trust and Loan Com-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That Thomas A. Smith, Harry Gibson, Charles E. Tur-
|
 
|
ner and Edward E. Goslin be and they are hereby appointed
|
 
|
commissioners to take subscriptions to the capital stock of the
