approval in writing of the Senator for that County ; and be it
|
 
|
further enacted, That the Treasurer of the State shall, upon
|
 
|
the warrant of the Comptroller of the State Treasury, pay
|
 
|
such sums of money herein appropriated for the objects and
|
 
|
purposes hereinbefore specified to or upon the order of the trus-
|
 
|
tees of the McDonough Charity School, a corporation, provided,
|
 
|
however, that before any portion of the said money shall be
|
 
|
so paid the trustees of the said McDonough Charity School
|
 
|
shall file with the Treasurer of the State a bond with surety
|
 
|
to be approved by him in the penalty double the amount of
|
 
|
the aggregate sum herein appropriated, conditioned for the
|
 
|
performance of the condition hereinbefore imposed as to fur-
|
 
|
nishing said scholarships.
