        Two to the Secretary of State of the State of Maryland.
        Two by registered mail to the Secretary of State of the
United States at Washington to be forwarded December 17, 1940.
        The remaining certificate to Honorable William C.
Coleman, senior United States District Judge for the
District of Maryland in the Post Office Building at
Baltimore, Maryland.
        There being no further business the Electors
adjourned.
