CHAPTER 232. AN ACT requiring the County Commissioners of Baltimore and Carroll Counties to levy a sum of money to build a bridge across the North Branch of the.Patapsco River, on the Limekiln Road.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore and Carroll Counties be, and they are hereby authorized and required to levy a sum of money on the assessable property of their respec- tive counties at their next levy term to the amount of four thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in the discretion of the County Commissioners, two thousand dollars of said four thousand dollars to be levied by the County Commissioners of Baltimore County on	Levy.
